An existing building in Maitama, Abuja, being revamped and repositioned as a new concept hotel — designed and curated in-house by Jefferson through Mayfair Design Studio and ADO Atelier.
The Opportunity
Rather than building new, Prosbel starts from an existing structure in one of Abuja's most established districts. The task is to give that building a new identity and a new commercial life as a concept hotel.
The redesign introduces a refreshed façade, a new arrival sequence and a pool terrace as the social heart of the property.
Jefferson's Role
Jefferson is leading the repositioning, with the design developed and curated in-house by the Group’s design studios, Mayfair Design Studio and ADO Atelier. Repositioning work of this kind draws on the Group's asset-management thinking: finding the highest-value future for a building that already exists.
