IP Hotel & Suites
A hotel and suites concept in Warri, now at final design development — selected client work from Jefferson's concept and design practice.
The Concept
IP Hotel & Suites is conceived as a compact urban hotel with a strong street presence: a vertical façade of patterned screens, framed by a dark central spine that carries the hotel's name.
Inside, a sculpted reception desk and a softly lit, curved ceiling set a calm, contemporary tone from the moment of arrival.
Jefferson's Role
Jefferson has led the concept and design development for IP Hotel & Suites, which is now at the final stage of design development.
Concept mandates like this are shown as evidence of capability delivered for clients — not as assets Jefferson owns or operates.
