A 70-room hotel with detached luxury villas in Warri, developed by Jefferson for a private client and now in its finishing stage ahead of opening in 2027.
The Project
Mahi & C combines a main hotel building of 70 rooms with a collection of detached luxury villas — giving guests a choice between the ease of a full-service hotel and the privacy of a standalone residence.
The main building wraps a formal arrival court, while the villas each carry their own architectural character, from curved modernist forms to a timber-lined gable.
Jefferson's Role
Jefferson is developing Mahi & C on behalf of its owner under a development mandate, carrying the project from design through to delivery.
The hotel is currently in its finishing stage and is scheduled to open in 2027.
