The Project
Park Residence is planned as a contemporary, gated residential building set behind a landscaped frontage. A glazed arrival pavilion marks the entrance court, leading to a reception lounge and a shared dining space inside.
The architecture pairs a clean white façade with timber and terracotta accents, with planting used throughout to soften the street edge and the arrival experience.
Jefferson's Role
Jefferson is leading the development of Park Residence under a development mandate. The asset is owned by a private group, not by Jefferson — an example of the Group applying its development capability to a third-party ownership structure.
