The Hotel
Ivy Lush Agbor opens on a double-height lobby with a sculpted ceiling, large-scale murals and a grand piano set on a patterned inlay — a room designed to be remembered.
Beyond the lobby, a lounge, an arched restaurant and a range of rooms and suites — including loft-style layouts — carry the same considered, contemporary language.

Ivy Lush Hotels is one of the brands within the Jefferson ecosystem. Agbor extends the brand beyond Warri, applying what the Group has learned from developing and operating its first Ivy Lush property.
The hotel is currently in development and scheduled to open in 2026.
