A fine-dining restaurant and nightclub on the second floor of OVIT Mall, The Plantation City, Otokutu — designed, built and set up for operation by Jefferson, and opened in 2023.
The Venue
OVF Lounge runs as a restaurant through the day and becomes a club at the weekend, so the room had to work in both modes. The layout is organised around a long curved bar with a green-tiled front and backlit timber shelving, with a framed show-kitchen window behind a row of high stools.
Deep timber planters and sculpted white columns break the floor into dining zones — banquettes along the planted wall, tables in the centre — tied together by a bold black-and-white patterned tile runner.
Jefferson's Role
Jefferson carried OVF Lounge from concept to trading. The Group designed the venue, delivered the construction and retrofit of the existing space, and set up its operations ready for opening.
After handover, Jefferson stayed on for two months of complimentary services to support the owner’s team through the first weeks of trading — the kind of continuity that turns a finished fit-out into a working business.
